Hooligan (2,750 ci / 45 liters)

The Hooligan has thesame back as the Shape Charge and will use the Hourglass frame.  The frontis very similar to the Hoodlum Duplex pack but with a full field of Palswebbing in the center.  It has the two zippered pockets going the lengthof either side with internal Tweave stretch pockets on the inside.  Theside pockets have a .75” tab of webbing going over the zipper at back end ofeach side pocket zipper.  This is to lock out the zipper so it can’t workits way open.  6 of the compression straps are sewn into the bag but itstill gets 3 KCS, two on the bottom and one going over the top.  Each bagwill come with Claymore pocket as a lid, attached with a set of male/femalesplit buckles on the back tabs.  The drawstring collar has tabs so it canrun lidless if needed.  Two main compartment zippers on either side of thePALS field have matching pairs of #10 zipper sliders like the Hoodlum.
